Have they gained a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the problem without any prejudice, rising up to lead the way in eradicating this discrimination by studying arrogance with arrogance?  If not, they will only sow the seeds of hatred and persecution.  There is no use in cursing the darkness only in harsh words.  Light has to be brought to remove the darkness.  Who will bring it?  Can those who wander in the darkness themselves show the path of light to others?  What will those who are drowning themselves save the drowning?  Only people sitting fixed on the rock, facing the velocity of the current, can save the flowing streams.  In fact, there is no caste of the true 'I' of man, but until the knowledge of that 'I' or 'soul', it is not easy to remove the other feelings and emotions associated with it.  Only those who have experienced these truths understand exactly how diseases of caste, creed, etc., infect people from the very beginning and how they impede a person's self-concept and prevent him from thinking and acting in an absolute sense.  .  Only those who have experienced this are able to lift people up without causing any harm to them.  When man's horizon of knowledge is expanded, when he knows the secret of enlightening himself and the principle of rising above caste discrimination, then even if the problem is not completely eliminated, then his seriousness decreases significantly.  .  In fact, this is the root of all lowliness and narrowness.  Destruction paves the way for true progress. The Search for Truth A recent incident made clear to me the difference between a rationalist of scientific temper and a seeker of truth.  A friend of mine who is interested in science always used to say that faith in God and religion arises only out of fear and uncertainty of the mind.  I understand that it has absorbed the expressions of some of the leading Western thinkers.  Fortunately he did not say that exploitation is the root of all religions.  We believe that in some primitive tribes the belief in God or religion has arisen out of fear.  But this is not the only truth.  In civilized and cultured communities, religious sentiment is not an expression of any fear, it is natural for a person standing at the crossroads to pause and think for a moment before choosing the right path.  It would be more appropriate to call the origin of religious sentiments only the attempt to find answers to some basic questions related to life and the world.  What was Gautam Buddha afraid of?  What was fear in Shankaracharya's mind?  To call the sages of the Upanishads truth-searchers or escapists?  Religion and philosophy developed in India only from the insight about the nature of truth.  The Gita removed the nostalgia of Arjuna's mind.  The Samkhyaists who enriched Indian philosophy laid the foundation of inquiry about the means of being free from the defects of life and existence.  Religion originated from the effort to find a way out of the shackles of the world and to make the mind favorable to it.  It is a strong desire to explore the mysteries of the inner world.  My friend considered the conduct of these prominent thinkers to be a mere form of mental whims.  I asked him what psychology They do not realize that their over-confidence in their decision-making ability is unfounded.  The eminent psychologist Professor Eysenck has said, 'Apart from the subject of their own specialization of scientists, in other areas they are just as stubborn and impersonal as others, and their acumen makes their assumptions even more dangerous.  ' Make your social criticism mild According to the opinion of psychologists and sociologists, the impression of the feelings imposed on the mind of the downtrodden and oppressed by the elite is very deep and it is difficult to eradicate them.  Swami Saradanand, a disciple of Sri Ramakrishna, once told the director of a child welfare organization, 'Don't call your institution an orphanage', it will fill the children with an inferiority complex of being orphans and helpless.  Just call it "children".  Swami Saradanand was asked by a sanyasi dedicated to the upliftment of Dalits, 'What is the way of progress of Dalits?  ' He replied, 'It is not proper to maintain the feeling of being exploited in the minds of Dalits.  This causes more harm than good to the exploited.  This will make them feel helpless and believe that the upper class people have always kept them subjugated and downtrodden.  This will delay in gaining confidence and self-reliance in them.  If this feeling takes root in the mind, then the downtrodden will always look at the upper classes with hatred and suspicion.  And this proves to be harmful not only for the upper class of the society, but also for the socially and economically backward people. Infinite power is hidden within you 157 Shame cannot be fulfilled.  ' Will be.  By fostering the feeling of constant hatred and suspicion, any good work is formed by mixing people of different levels of development according to different types of circumstances related to family background, quality of education and caste characteristics etc.  There's no point in that.  The second grade student need not be jealous of the third grade student.  In due course he too will go to the third grade.  However, this does not mean that there is no exploiter in the higher classes of society and no one is exploited in the lower classes.  It also does not mean that there should be no organized protest against oppression.  But it is very important for us to know that the seeds of self-destruction are contained in the hatred that results from the self-concept arising out of inferiority complex.  In the words of Sant Basaveshwara, the great reformer of Karnataka, 'This feeling first burns the same person and then the people around him.  ' Psychiatrists and social reformers have discovered a very pathetic element of life.  Erik Eriksson (author of Identity, Youth and Crisis) has said, 'Medical and corrective efforts have attested to the sad fact that in any system based on isolation, oppression and exploitation, their victims are unknowingly that evil self.  They accept the notion that is imposed on them by the dominant ones.  ' According to the prevailing social system, if a community is made a victim of hatred, malpractices and exploitation, then it is possible that with the titles of wicked, sinful, unworthy, worthless etc., often used by the ruling or exploiting class.
